These Terms govern the relationship between TempleCopywriting di Marchetti Luca (provider) and the client purchasing services.
The provider offers professional copywriting services delivered digitally. Services include Web Page Copy Packs, Articles and Blog Writing, Sales Letters, Product Descriptions, Thought Leadership Content, and Press Releases.
Orders are placed via the package builder and paid via Stripe. Payment is required in full before work begins. Prices are shown in EUR excluding Italian IVA (22%).
A project brief template is sent within one business day of payment. Work begins when the completed brief is returned. Delivery timelines start from brief receipt, not payment.
One revision round is included per project. Revisions address accuracy to the brief. A direction change constitutes a new project. Additional rounds are available at the hourly rate.
Upon full payment and delivery, all intellectual property in the delivered copy transfers to the client. The provider retains the right to reference the work for portfolio purposes unless requested otherwise.
The provider's liability is limited to the project fee paid. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Italian law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Teramo, Italy.
