All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped. TempleCopywriting does not conduct in-person meetings or on-site visits.
Standard delivery is via shared Google Doc link sent to the email provided at checkout. On request: .docx file, plain text, or formatted for your specific platform (CMS, email tool, slide deck).
Timelines are shown on each service page and confirmed per project in the brief. All timelines are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays).
The delivery clock starts when the completed brief is received, not when payment is made. A brief returned late shifts the delivery date accordingly.
Revision notes should be submitted as comments in the shared Google Doc or as a structured list by email. Revised drafts are returned within 2 business days of receiving notes.
All project files are archived for 6 months after final delivery. After 6 months, files are deleted. Download and save your delivered files promptly.
If the provider anticipates a delay, the client is notified at least 24 hours in advance with a revised timeline. Delays caused by incomplete or unclear briefs, client unresponsiveness, or late revision submissions shift the delivery date accordingly and do not entitle the client to a refund.
